Training on family work skills for cultural and social officials.

BAC NINH - On the morning of December 12th, at Bac Giang ward (Bac Ninh province), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a training course on family affairs and prevention of domestic violence in 2025. Attending the course were 200 delegates representing departments and units under the Department; and cultural and social officials from communes and wards throughout the province.

Comrade Trinh Huu Hung delivered a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Trinh Huu Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, emphasized: The family is a crucial foundation of society, the environment that nurtures and shapes human character. In the context of digital transformation and increasingly demanding tasks, family work and the prevention and control of domestic violence require strong innovation, especially for grassroots officials and those directly involved in implementing these tasks.

This conference aims to consolidate knowledge and provide hands-on guidance, helping newly appointed officials quickly grasp legal regulations and effective implementation methods at the local level.

Here, leaders from the Family Affairs Department of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Libraries conveyed key information such as: Understanding the orientation and tasks of family work and the prevention and control of domestic violence in the new period; disseminating the 2022 Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence along with relevant decrees and circulars; guiding the implementation of the Code of Conduct in the Family; and sharing solutions for applying digital transformation to improve the effectiveness of propaganda, detection, and handling of domestic violence cases.

The conference also provided time for participants to exchange ideas and raise practical difficulties encountered in their work at the grassroots level. All questions were answered specifically by the speakers, helping participants gain more experience and learn methods suitable for their local situations.

Through training, grassroots officials will gain additional knowledge and professional skills, contributing to improving the effectiveness of family work and the prevention and control of domestic violence in the province in the coming time.
