According to representatives of universities, recently, with the support of training institutions and admission groups, the processing results on the Admissions Support System have ensured convergence, stability and implementation according to plan.

However, in 2025, the number of candidates registering for university and college admission will be higher, which is also the first year that colleges will participate in the admission process, there will be no early admission, and all admission methods in the first round will be used.

To ensure fairness and the rights of candidates, the admission process should carefully review all data, admission methods, and situations in the context of many candidate data being used for admission to ensure that no candidates are missed or incorrectly admitted during the admission process; and limit the occurrence of handling errors during the admission process.

In particular, carefully calculate the options and propose appropriate virtual ratios to avoid creating a large virtual number, affecting the recruitment sources of other training institutions as well as exceeding the target and training capacity of the training institution.

To ensure that training institutions have time to implement the above requirements, it is necessary to extend the time for organizing admission exams and processing admission requests on the system; the announcement of admission scores, admission results and confirmation of admission of candidates continue to be implemented in accordance with the plan for implementing university and college admissions in 2025.

Sharing about the virtual selection and filtering plan being implemented, Mr. Tran Tuan Thanh, a teacher at Vinh Hai High School (Can Tho City) said: I have many students who have just graduated from high school in 2025 and they are closely monitoring the standard scores of universities.

“Through monitoring, I saw that since the evening of August 22, all universities have announced their benchmark scores, the information is very clear, transparent and according to the previously announced time. Students have timely information on benchmark scores, those who passed the first round of admission immediately prepare their admission documents, those who have not passed the second round of admission continue to prepare their admission plan”, Mr. Thanh shared.

According to Mr. Thanh, 2025 is the year that the first group of students studying under the 2018 General Education Program will take the high school graduation exam. Candidates will only take 4 subjects including Math, Literature and two of the 9 elective subjects; this creates 344 admission combinations.

Therefore, the work of admission, virtual filtering, virtual filtering, processing of wishes... is huge and complicated.
