Previously, on August 14, a video appeared on social network Tiktok about a young man driving a car with license plate 75A-061.86 on Nguyen Hue Street (Thuan Hoa Ward) pulling a homemade car and carrying an electric motorbike behind.

The Traffic Police Department quickly verified and clarified that the driver was Bui Van H. and invited him to the headquarters for questioning. There, H. stated that at around 3:00 p.m. on August 11, H. was asked by a motorbike business to film a video to advertise the store's products. H. drove the car to perform the above act to film the video, then posted it on the social network Tiktok.

After the meeting, H. realized that his behavior violated the Road Traffic Law and promised not to repeat the offense.
