Karaoke bar in Hai Duong fined for allowing customers to use laughing gas and sing overtime

On August 9, information from the Office of the People's Committee of Ninh Giang District ( Hai Duong ) said that Mr. Phan Nhat Thanh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Giang District, has just signed a decision to administratively fine 32.5 million VND against Mr. HVPh (33 years old, residing in Nghia An commune, Ninh Giang district), owner of Hung Club karaoke bar in Ung Hoe commune, Ninh Giang district.

Previously, at 0:30 on July 18, a working group of Ninh Giang District Police coordinated with Ung Hoe Commune Police to inspect and discovered that Hung Club karaoke bar was operating, allowing customers to sing and use laughing gas.

Hung Club karaoke bar was fined for allowing customers to use laughing gas and sing past the prescribed time.

Based on the verification records and appraisal conclusions, the police determined that Hung Club karaoke bar had committed two violations: operating karaoke services outside of the 8-24 hour period each day; trading in restricted chemicals, and trading in the industrial sector without a production or trading license.
