Internationalization of Vietnamese culture and Vietnamization of international culture go hand in hand, actively complement each other, strongly arouse patriotism, national self-reliance, the strength of great national unity and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country, contributing significantly to the combined strength of the entire political system, enhancing soft power, the country's position in the international arena, creating a peaceful environment, firmly protecting the Fatherland.

The goal of Internationalizing Vietnamese Culture and Vietnamizing International Culture by 2035 and vision to 2045 is to realize the aspiration of developing a prosperous and happy country, building an advanced Vietnamese culture with strong national identity, becoming an endogenous force for rapid and sustainable national development, enhancing the position in the international arena, actively contributing to Vietnam's important role and position in human civilization.

To effectively realize the goal of internationalizing Vietnamese culture and bringing international culture into Vietnam, perfecting the policy mechanism plays a very important role; along with that, it is necessary to have a team of experts with in-depth knowledge and expertise in the fields of Vietnamese and world culture; increase investment and mobilize resources, ensure spending on cultural causes at a minimum level of 2% of the total annual budget expenditure in accordance with the Party and State's policies; strengthen propaganda to introduce and promote the unique cultural features of Vietnam; proactively expand and diversify forms of cultural diplomacy, bring international cultural relations into depth, achieving practical results; selectively receive the quintessence of world culture, enriching national culture.

At the workshop, representatives of departments, ministries, branches and localities focused on discussing the orientations for cultural and artistic development in the new era, the role of cultural industry, cultural diplomacy, digital transformation, innovation and the participation of enterprises in the process of international cultural integration; at the same time, proposing initiatives and solutions to promote the process of internationalizing Vietnamese culture and Vietnamizing international culture.

The national workshop on the Project "Internationalization of Vietnamese culture and Vietnamization of international culture" has important significance, affirming the political determination and synchronous participation of all levels, sectors and localities in building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture, imbued with national identity, both bearing profound traditional values ​​and in harmony with world culture.
