Request to completely handle the water leakage situation at Terminal T3

Terminal T3 has just been put into operation.

Previously, SGGP Newspaper reported that after a heavy rain on May 7, T3 terminal experienced rainwater leaking from the glass roof onto the floor of the departure lounge on the 3rd floor.

The State Appraisal Department of Construction Quality (Standing Body of the Council) has directed an on-site inspection and requested the investor to take remedial measures.

Accordingly, investors need to review problems arising during the process of putting the project into operation and use; have timely solutions to handle and overcome them, ensuring that they do not affect the ability to exploit and operate the project.

In particular, the Council requested the investor to pay attention to thoroughly handling the situation of rainwater leaking from the glass roof to the floor of the waiting room area, and have a plan to ensure safe operation during the rainy and stormy season.

The Council also requested the investor to promptly complete the remaining work as committed; promptly report the implementation results and the overcoming of problems arising during the operation and exploitation process to the Standing Body of the Council.
