The race is organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province in coordination with the People's Committee of Duy Xuyen district and Hoang Hong Khanh Company Limited, as one of the activities of the event Culture, Sports and Tourism Days - Quang Nam 2025.
Through this tournament, we aim to convey the message of developing green tourism and promoting sports activities in the province; at the same time, we hope to create solidarity and healthy sports competitions to promote the development of the sports movement in general and cycling in the whole province.
Thereby, introducing to the delegations of athletes participating in the tournament the opportunity to visit, experience and explore the local landscapes, especially the World Cultural Heritage of My Son Sanctuary (Duy Xuyen district) and learn more about the cultural traditions, revolutionary history, potential and socio -economic achievements of Quang Nam province.
The tournament had nearly 200 athletes from 25 cycling clubs in and outside the province competing in team and individual men's events, 3 age groups including:
Group 1 from 16 years old - 40 years old (from 2009-1985); Group 2 from 41 years old - 54 years old (from 1984-1971); Group 3 from 55 years old and above (born in 1970 or earlier).
Athletes compete in a combined start format, with individual and team results calculated. The distance of the race is 26 km.
The route starts in front of Duy Xuyen District Culture, Sports and Radio and Television Center, Hung Vuong Street (18.2km) turn left onto DT610 Road (7km) turn right onto the road to My Son (800m) - finish line.
