Many large-scale projects have been put up for bidding to find investors, such as Dong Van Son - Bac Binh Son Urban Area, Da Chong Mountain New Urban Area, Ca Na LNG Project, Phuoc Hoa Hydropower Plant, Ca Na Logistics Center, etc.

According to the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land until 2025 approved by the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Council in December 2024, Ninh Thuan has 7 land plots for implementing urban and rural residential area projects; 7 land plots for implementing energy projects; 9 land plots for implementing projects in other fields.

Specifically, the land plots put up for bidding to select investors to implement urban and residential area projects include Phan Rang – Thap Cham city and Ninh Hai district with Dong Van Son – Bac Binh Son urban area (201.8 ha), Da Chong mountain new urban area (65.43 ha); Ninh Hai district has Tri Hai residential area (55 ha), Khanh Hai new urban area (24.8 ha), Khanh Hoi new rural residential area (8.51 ha); Ninh Son district has Bac Song Ong new urban area (19.39 ha); Thuan Nam district has Phuoc Lap Tam Lang new rural residential area (10 ha).

The land lots for bidding for energy projects include 3 projects in Thuan Nam district: Ca Na LNG Project (270.2 ha), Bau Ngu Lake Wind Power Plant (3.9 ha), Bau Ngu Lake Wind Power Plant (7.35 ha); Dam Nai 3 Wind Power Plant in Thuan Bac and Ninh Hai districts (9.98 ha); Dam Nai 4 Wind Power Plant in Thuan Bac district (7.46 ha); Phuoc Hoa Hydropower Plant in Bac Ai district (63.15 ha); Thuong Song Ong 2 Hydropower Plant in Ninh Son district (23.3 ha).

In addition, Thuan Nam district also has 5 land areas for projects in the field of transport and industrial infrastructure, including Ca Na General Seaport Project - Phase 2 (Wharf cluster No. 3, 49.62 hectares wide); Ca Na dry port (62.47 hectares); Ca Na logistics center (60 hectares); Ninh Thuan petroleum depot and Ca Na petroleum depot (both 5 hectares wide).

Some other projects include the Project of Growing High-Tech Medicinal Plants and Transferring Techniques for Propagating and Growing Medicinal Plants in Phuoc Tien Commune, Bac Ai District (9.49 ha); Phuong Hai Market in Ninh Hai District (0.49 ha); Binh Nghia Market in Thuan Bac District (0.28 ha); Quang Son Market in Ninh Son District (0.6 ha).

According to Mr. Le Kim Hoang, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Ninh Thuan province, in 2024, the province approved investment policies and approved investors to implement 13 projects with a total registered capital of VND 32,846 billion.
