Final round scene
The jury selected 25 outstanding solutions: 2 First prizes, 2 Second prizes, 6 Third prizes and 15 Encouragement prizes.
Notably, the two first prizes both went to individuals from disadvantaged groups.
This year's contest received 85 topics, an increase of more than 40% compared to the previous year, in 7 fields: Information technology; mechanics - construction - transportation; materials - energy; agriculture - environmental resources; medicine and pharmacy; education - training and administrative reform.
Although the time for receiving documents was shorter than expected, the quality was still guaranteed thanks to effective communication work and the core role of the contest secretariat team. With the motto of "holding hands and showing work", the secretaries supported the authors - especially farmers, workers, ethnic minorities, and people with disabilities in completing technical documents.
As a result, the jury selected 25 outstanding solutions: 2 First prizes, 2 Second prizes, 6 Third prizes and 15 Encouragement prizes. Notably, the two First prizes both belonged to individuals from disadvantaged groups: one was an ethnic minority, with a physical disability, with an information technology solution; the other was a farmer who only finished 6th grade, who invented a ship model for STEMeducation .
This result shows that creativity does not depend on circumstances or education, affirming the inclusiveness, humanity and wide-reaching influence of the contest in the community.
The closing and award ceremony is expected to be held in early July 2025. Outstanding solutions will be selected to participate in the National Technical Innovation Competition.
