3 days of enjoying specialties and experiencing Michelin cuisine in Hanoi

With the theme "Quintessence of Vietnamese Cuisine", Hanoi Cuisine Exhibition Space will take place from September 29 to October 1, 2023 at Hanoi Children's Palace.

This is an activity to promote culinary values ​​as a unique tourism product of Hanoi Capital to people and domestic and foreign tourists on the occasion of the 69th Anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2023).

Hanoi's culinary space brings together the most exquisite dishes of Vietnamese cuisine, which have been passed down and developed over thousands of years. In addition to its own values, Hanoi's cuisine also has the convergence of regional cuisines, absorbing the quintessence of world-famous cuisines.

Organizing a space to introduce Hanoi cuisine is an opportunity for units, artisans, and culinary villages of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general to promote and introduce their products and culinary culture to a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.

The Hanoi culinary space includes 7 main activities: Hanoi traditional culinary space; Vietnamese regional culinary stalls; International culinary space and contemporary dishes; Michelin-starred culinary establishments promotion space; "Quintessence of Vietnamese Spices" booth; Culinary experience, enjoyment and performance space; Introducing culinary cultures of countries.

Especially at the Hanoi Traditional Cuisine space, famous traditional dishes will be introduced such as: Bun thang, La Vong fish cake, cold snail noodles, Phu Thuong sticky rice, apricots, bread... In addition, artisans of craft villages will demonstrate the process of making local specialties such as: Ngau village jar wine (Thanh Tri), Stir-fried vermicelli with celery (Dong Anh), Cu Da soy sauce (Thanh Oai), Duong Lam ancient village sticky rice sauce (Son Tay), Phu Thuong sticky rice.

This activity takes place at the same time as the Hanoi Autumn Festival to stimulate tourism and attract domestic and international tourists to the capital.
