5 gasoline and oil products continue to decrease

At the management session on the afternoon of May 8, based on the developments in world oil prices, fluctuations in the VND/USD exchange rate and current regulations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance decided to adjust retail prices of petroleum products to ensure domestic prices are consistent with world trends, encourage the use of biofuels and harmonize interests among market participants.

The Joint Ministry does not make provisions and does not spend the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for all products.

The maximum retail price for petroleum products is applied as follows: E5RON92 gasoline is not higher than VND 18,777/liter (down VND 377/liter compared to the previous period); RON95-III gasoline: not higher than VND 19,179/liter (down VND 407/liter).

Diesel 0.05S is not higher than 16,809 VND/liter (down 550 VND/liter); kerosene is not higher than 16,941 VND/liter (down 623 VND/liter) and fuel oil 180CST 3.5S is not higher than 15,533 VND/kg (down 665 VND/kg).
