According to the official dispatch issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, Phuc Dat Production and Trading Company Limited is the investor of the Phuc Dat Tan Uyen high-rise social housing project, part of the Phuc Dat commercial housing project in Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The scale of this project includes 3 apartment blocks (block A, B, C) 18 floors high and a technical attic, one basement. Block A and B are 3 floors high, with a total of 93 apartments, expected to be completed in June 2027.
The project's construction density reaches 37.51% of the total area of 11,440.8m², with many internal facilities such as kindergarten, community activity area, infinity pool, garden, gym and shopping center.
Currently, the project's estimated selling price announced by the investor is from 22 million VND per square meter (including 5% VAT, excluding 2% maintenance fee).
Apartments in the project have an area of 32-62m2 , equivalent to the lowest price for each social housing unit of about 700 million VND to the highest of nearly 1.3 billion VND.
According to the investor, the application period starts from November 27 and ends on December 7.

Ho Chi Minh City needs to complete 194,000 social housing units.
According to the Government's project to develop at least 1 million social housing units by 2030, before the merger, Ho Chi Minh City was assigned the target of completing 69,700 units, of which 43,500 units were in the 2026 - 2030 period. However, after Ho Chi Minh City merged with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces, Ho Chi Minh City only needed to complete more than 194,000 social housing units by 2030, the highest in the country and about 2.8 times higher than before the merger.
Ranking second in the country in terms of housing development targets is Bac Ninh province with about 135,000 units by 2030. Hanoi ranks third in the "ranking" with 88,666 units.
Surprisingly, after the merger, Tay Ninh is now the locality with the 4th highest target with 80,240 apartments.
