60 Dak Nong grassroots union officials receive professional training

At the conference, delegates studied and discussed topics including: new points of the Trade Union Law, the Social Insurance Law (amended) in 2024; Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level and the role of trade union organizations in promoting democracy at the grassroots level; dialogue skills at the workplace, negotiation skills, signing collective labor agreements, etc.

The conference updated new knowledge on the application of artificial intelligence in trade union activities and provided guidance on assessing and classifying the quality of grassroots trade unions.
