716 students won provincial high school excellence awards in the 2024-2025 school year

According to information from the Departmentof Education and Training of Ca Mau province, in the provincial high school excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year, 716 students won First, Second, Third and Encouragement prizes in 09 subjects: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Literature, History, Geography and English.

On April 20, the provincial high school excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year opened at Ho Thi Ky High School ( Ca Mau City).

The school with the most students winning prizes is Phan Ngoc Hien High School for the Gifted (Ca Mau City) with 150 prizes, followed by Dam Doi High School (Dam Doi District) with 87 prizes, followed by Cai Nuoc High School (Cai Nuoc District) with 73 prizes, and Ca Mau High School (Ca Mau City) with 55 prizes.

This year's competition had 1,230 participants. The purpose of the competition for excellent students is to motivate and encourage teachers and students to develop their creativity, teach well, and study well; contribute to promoting the improvement and enhancement of the quality of teaching and learning, the quality of management and direction of educational management levels; and at the same time, discover students with aptitude for the subject to create a source of training, realizing the goal of training talents for the country.
