According to the Circular, the public contents in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and salvage work of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police and the Police units assigned to perform fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and salvage tasks include:

Regulations for receiving citizens, schedule for receiving citizens coming to do procedures, diagram or signpost indicating where to do procedures.

Name and phone number (if any) of each department, full name, rank, position of the officer assigned to receive citizens coming to carry out procedures related to fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue; "hotline" phone number.

Responsibilities and obligations of citizens coming to carry out procedures related to fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief.

Fees and charges as prescribed.

Regulations and instructions for calling the emergency number 114.

List of administrative procedures, regulations, records, forms, procedures, authority, and time limit for handling each type of procedure on fire prevention, firefighting, rescue, and salvage: Procedures for appraising fire prevention and firefighting designs for investment projects on construction of works and means of transport; Procedures for inspecting the acceptance of fire prevention and firefighting for investment projects on construction of works and means of transport; Procedures for granting Certificates of inspection of fire prevention, firefighting, rescue, and salvage vehicles; Procedures for granting circulation permits for fire prevention, firefighting, rescue, and salvage vehicles.

Results of handling complaints, denunciations, reflections and recommendations of agencies, organizations and individuals.

Other contents as prescribed by law.

Forms of publicity include: Posting at the public reception places of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police and the Police units assigned to perform fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue tasks; direct information through public reception; announcements at meetings of people, agencies, organizations and establishments; announcements on mass media; announcements on the website of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department and the website of the Police of the province or centrally-run city (if any); other appropriate forms according to the provisions of law.
