Following the June 2025 meeting of the Party cells: General Staff, Political Department and Logistics-Technical Department (Luong Tai District Military Party Committee), we clearly saw the spirit of self-criticism and serious and frank criticism. Each Party member in the Party cell took turns speaking to build the Party cell's review report and contributed to each Party member. Respect, avoidance, and fear of conflict no longer exist when party members give comments such as: "The Party cell needs to explain and clarify the responsibilities of the Party Committee, individual Party Committee members, and Party members in each shortcoming and limitation", "Solutions to correct and overcome the weaknesses and weak points of the Party cell need to be clearer, more specific, and more feasible", "Request that the Party Secretary, Deputy Party Secretary, and Party Committee clearly demonstrate their roles and responsibilities to the collective and Party members in the Party cell"... Promoting collective intelligence, with a spirit of openness, the Party Committee, Party Cell Secretary, and Party members are given comments to listen, take notes, absorb, and vote unanimously to supplement and complete the assessment of advantages, disadvantages, solutions, and time to overcome limitations.

With the largest party (22 party members), the General Staff Party Cell has the important task of leading the Board to perform its advisory functions and organize the implementation of military work, such as: Building forces, training, exercises, combat readiness, recruitment, enrollment, finance... Lieutenant Colonel Vu Dinh Hung, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the District Military Command, Secretary of the General Staff Party Cell said: In order to lead the completion of the task, the Party Committee focuses on propaganda,education , and mobilizing all party members to realize the special importance of self-criticism and criticism according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 "on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system, resolutely preventing and repelling, strictly handling cadres and party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

Since then, self-criticism and frank criticism in the spirit of comradeship and teamwork have become a tradition in Party cell activities, creating a high fighting spirit for the goal of constantly improving individuals, uniting to build a clean and strong Party cell, a strong and comprehensive Board, and excellently completing assigned tasks.

Talking with Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Nhat Manh, Head of Logistics and Engineering of the District Military Command, the Secretary of the Logistics and Engineering Party Cell said: The Party Cell determined that promoting the vanguard and exemplary role of superiors is an important group of solutions to build the Party, the starting point, the basis for effectively implementing the following solutions. From there, each cadre and party member, first of all the comrades at the Party Committee level, the cadres in charge, voluntarily and exemplaryly self-examine, self-criticize and set an example in performing their tasks.

With the Political Committee, promoting the leading role in advising and organizing the implementation of Party work and political work in the district armed forces, the Party Cell focuses on maintaining the seriousness and order of Party cell activities, the quality of building and issuing resolutions. Especially focusing on training and fostering Party work skills for Party committee members, improving the quality of research work, organizing the dissemination, guidance and implementation of Party resolutions at all levels and strengthening inspection and supervision to strictly maintain Party discipline.

Lieutenant Colonel Ta Huu Huynh, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the District Military Command shared: Along with focusing on Party building and rectification, the District Military Party Committee has promoted the implementation of Directive 05 on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The vast majority of cadres and party members in the unit are clearly aware of their assigned responsibilities and tasks, actively and proactively promoting traditions, contributing their talents, worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's soldiers, building a politically, ideologically and organizationally strong armed force.

The 2024 disaster prevention and control and search and rescue drills conducted by the Luong Tai District Military Command were highly appreciated by the Military Region 1 Command.

The synchronous implementation of specific and appropriate solutions has brought about effectiveness. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party cells and the quality of Party members have been improved, solidarity and unity have been firmly consolidated. From 2015 to present, the Luong Tai District Military Party Committee has achieved the title of Party Committee that has excellently fulfilled its tasks for 9 years, leading the unit to excellently fulfill its local defense and military tasks; the District Military Command has achieved the title of Determined-to-Win Unit for many years, and has been awarded the emulation flag and many certificates of merit by Military Region 1.
