At the same time, preside over and closely coordinate with ministries, branches, agencies and localities to effectively implement Power Plan VIII. Specifically, direct local People's Committees to immediately select investors for power source projects that do not have investors. For projects that already have investors, promptly complete procedures to start construction, speed up project progress, strive to complete and put into operation earlier than planned.

For Dong Nai , in the Decision to adjust the Power Plan VIII, the province is allocated an additional 2.7 thousand MW of power sources: hydropower, rooftop solar power and concentrated solar power, waste-to-energy and biomass power. The Provincial People's Committee is waiting for the issuance of a plan to implement the adjusted plan to direct the consulting units to adjust and update the relevant plans to ensure the project implementation process.
