According to the regulations, there are 8 coordination contents, including: Land fund management; establishing and implementing projects to create land funds to organize auctions of land use rights; establishing and organizing the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement plans when the State recovers land; organizing the implementation of investment in construction, creation and development of resettlement land funds to serve the State's land recovery and socio -economic development in the province; organizing the implementation of land use rights auctions according to the provisions of law; making a list and organizing short-term leases of land plots and land areas assigned for management but without decisions on land allocation or lease; joint ventures, associations and cooperation with economic organizations and individuals to perform assigned tasks according to the provisions of law on management and use of state assets; developing land price lists and determining specific land prices according to the requirements of competent state agencies.
The Land Fund Development Center is a consulting agency in the work of building land price lists, determining specific land prices at the request of competent state agencies, organizing the implementation of land price consulting according to regulations, submitting to the competent land management agency to submit to the Provincial Price Appraisal Council for appraisal and approval according to regulations. The People's Committees at relevant levels, other agencies, organizations and units coordinate to provide information to serve the work of determining land prices according to the written request of the Land Fund Development Center within the scope of functions, tasks and powers prescribed by the agency requested for coordination.
