The peak of the fight to prevent and repel smuggling and trade fraud

The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has just issued an official dispatch directing Party committees at all levels, Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee, and Khanh Hoa Newspaper to implement Official Dispatch No. 72/2025 of the Prime Minister on continuing to promote the peak of the fight to prevent and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees under the Provincial Party Committee to continue to strengthen leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels and the entire political system in the locality to actively participate in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods; promptly review and clarify responsibilities if serious violations occur in the area that are not prevented and handled promptly. The Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee led the Provincial People's Committee to continue to launch and strengthen direction of departments, branches, localities, and functional forces to deploy high-point, drastic, and more aggressive activities to prevent and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights; promptly detect and strictly handle violators. At the same time, resolutely and strictly handle cadres, civil servants, and officers who show signs of moral degradation, corruption, negativity, protection, and abetting of illegal acts.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested Khanh Hoa Newspaper and press and media agencies in the province to coordinate with functional agencies to strengthen information and widely disseminate information about the risks and harmful effects of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods and intellectual property rights infringement on people's health and life, economic development and investment environment. At the same time, commend good people, good deeds, good practices, promptly reflect positive results in the fight of functional forces and localities; strictly criticize acts of cover-up, abetment, lack of responsibility, causing serious consequences.

The Provincial Standing Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to monitor and urge the implementation; preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to summarize the peak period.
