24 key projects to attract investment in Ba Ria-Vung Tau announced.

In 5 months, Ba Ria-Vung Tau attracted more than 4 billion USD in investment.

At the 2025 investment conference, the Provincial People's Committee announced a list of 24 key projects calling for investment in the coming period.

Specifically, with the industrial pillar, the province calls for investment in projects: Bac Chau Duc 1 Industrial Park with an area of 1,200 hectares; Long Son LNG thermal power plant with an area of 42.6 hectares (an additional 7 hectares of water surface for the technical corridor).

Representatives of domestic and international enterprises and investors attended the conference.

The seaport and logistics service pillars include the following projects: Vung Tau International Passenger Port with an area of 54.3 hectares; Long Son General Port - 184.23 hectares; Cai Mep Ha Free Trade Zone - 3,764 hectares; Phu My No. 1 Commercial, Service and Logistics Zone - 450 hectares; Phu My No. 2 Commercial, Service and Logistics Zone - 420 hectares;

The tourism and urban pillars include the following projects: Trade, tourism and entertainment center (Xuyen Moc) with an area of 98.56 hectares; Trade center, diverse services, golf course (Lang Dai) with an area of 150 hectares; Tourism service complex, housing, golf course (Con Dao) with an area of 255.5 hectares; Luxury resort (Xuyen Moc) with an area of 13.6 hectares; Luxury resort (Xuyen Moc) with an area of 26.55 hectares; Tourism, entertainment and resort service area (Mui Nghinh Phong) with an area of 100 hectares (expected); 30-storey luxury hotel (Vung Tau) with an area of 1.4 hectares; Co May 2 resort (Ba Ria) with an area of 85.5 hectares; Service, trade and entertainment center (Xuyen Moc) with an area of 136.93 hectares; 40-50 storey commercial center (Thang Tam) area 2.8ha; Ho Tram Tourist Service Area area 8.5ha
