Van Ninh implements Action Month for Children in 2025

At the ceremony, the leaders of Van Ninh District People's Committee launched a campaign to all levels of government, agencies, departments, branches and organizations in the district to respond and organize activities in the Month of Action for Children in 2025 with the following contents: Continuing to promote the movement of the whole people to care for,educate and protect children; disseminating and mobilizing agencies, organizations, educational institutions, families and individuals to implement policies, programs, plans, projects, build works and mobilize resources for children; regularly review and grasp the situation of children in the management area, especially children in special circumstances and at risk of falling into special circumstances to implement and propose timely support policies; deploy the list of handover, reception and management of children in summer activities in the locality. At the same time, organize Children's Forums, life skills classes, self-protection skills, mobilize families to proactively take children to learn to swim; actively mobilize organizations and individuals to participate well in activities during the Month of Action for Children in 2025... It is known that the whole district currently has more than 30,000 children, of which 217 children are in special circumstances, 467 children are at risk of falling into special circumstances.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Van Ninh district presented 38 scholarships and 13 bicycles; the District Association for Promotion of Education presented 38 scholarships to poor students in difficult circumstances in the district with a total value of more than 80 million VND.
