  A new milestone in AEON Vietnam's expansion journey

On October 2, AEON Vietnam officially opened AEON Van Giang General Department Store & Supermarket at Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City, Dream City Eco-Urban Area, Nghia Tru Commune, Hung Yen Province.

This is the 11th GMS (General Merchandise Store) center of the group in Vietnam, marking the beginning of a new development phase. With a total area of ​​about 7,550m² including two floors, AEON Van Giang brings a shopping experience close to home to people in the Eastern area of ​​Hanoi .

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Tezuka Daisuke - Member of the Executive Board of the Group, Chief Representative of AEON Group in Vietnam and General Director of AEON Vietnam - said that AEON Vietnam aims to triple its current size by 2030. According to him, AEON considers Vietnam as one of the group's key markets thanks to its great economic potential and young workforce. The group's upcoming orientation will not only stop at big cities but will spread to potential localities, contributing to stimulating domestic consumption.

Mr. Ohizumi added that at AEON Van Giang, in addition to shopping directly at the store, customers can also experience convenient shopping services via AEON Eshop, or right on their phones.

Towards the future - Development vision of AEON Vietnam
