At the Hall, 15 primary, secondary and high schools in the town enthusiastically participated in activities responding to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day. Each school sent 10-15 teachers and students to compete in artistic book arrangement with the theme: "Homeland and country celebrate the 50th anniversary of national reunification" and introduce books.
According to the rules, the introduction must be attractive, engaging, and convey the meaningful messages of the book. Teams can use many different forms of introduction such as presentations, dramatizations, and storytelling based on the book. The organizing committee encourages teams to introduce books creatively and uniquely.
As part of a series of activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, the gong team of Le Van Tam Primary School participated in a gong performance, introducing and promoting the traditional culture of the Bahnar people in Tu An commune.

The Provincial Library has arranged a Mobile Library with thousands of books, full of genres such as children's books, literature, psychologicaleducation , personality education, history, science... along with 6 computers connected to the internet to serve the needs of information search and technology access for students.
At the end of the book arrangement and book introduction competition, at the primary level: Le Van Tam Primary School won first prize, Tran Quoc Toan Primary School won second prize, and Ngo May Primary School won third prize; at the secondary level: De Tham Secondary School won first prize, Nguyen Du Secondary School won second prize, and Nguyen Viet Xuan Secondary School won third prize. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 9 consolation prizes to the schools with the best achievements.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, Vice Chairwoman of An Khe Town People's Committee Le Thi Hong Minh acknowledged the enthusiastic participation of officials, teachers and students of the schools.
By introducing precious traditional books, teachers and students together reviewed the heroic history of the nation, feeling more deeply the will for independence, self-reliance and the desire for peace and unity of our ancestors. The stories and historical figures were brought back to life in a realistic and touching way, fostering patriotism and pride in the glorious traditions of the nation.
"Responding to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, everyone can immerse themselves in a colorful and emotional reading culture; creating a healthy and useful playground, more opportunities to exchange, learn and share experiences about books" - Ms. Minh emphasized.
