These include the model of the School Support Fund, sponsoring students who overcome difficulties to study well, buying health insurance cards for students; volunteer groups mobilizing monthly contributions from cadres and party members to support people in difficult circumstances and poor students; mobilizing funds to repair and build houses of Love, Great Solidarity, and Houses of Comradeship; promoting the implementation of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; the model of Grasping Rice for Love, mobilizing support for gasoline for ambulances; raising funds to support poor patients; a model of health care for postpartum women in difficult circumstances...

Localities continue to promote emulation movements to contribute to building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, such as: Households hanging Uncle Ho's portraits, building flagpoles, cleaning the environment; contributing to installing street lights, buying free ambulances, donating land to build bridges, making roads; models of expanding cemeteries, renovating rural roads from people's contributions. Sectors registered for emulation have done well in reforming administrative procedures, improving the quality of service to the people... The works and tasks of branches and party committees implemented in 2024 are worth over 35.7 billion VND (commune and town party committees implemented over 35 billion VND).
