[Photo] Vietnamese costume festival "Bach Hoa Bo Hanh" is full of colorful heritage
As part of the Thang Long Cultural Festival, on the afternoon of November 15, at Hoan Kiem Lake, the Hanoi Department of Tourism organized the Hanoi Tourism Ao Dai Parade 2025 with about 1,400 participants. The activity continues to spread the love for Ao Dai and honor the value of national intangible cultural heritage.

The parade in bright traditional colors moved through the streets around Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., creating a vibrant cultural space in the middle of Hanoi's autumn.
At the same time, the Hanoi Department of Tourism launched the double-decker bus tour "Touching Autumn in Hanoi", giving visitors a new experience when admiring the capital in the radiant scenery of Ao Dai.
The event took place with nearly 800 people dressed in traditional costumes, ao dai and other traditional Vietnamese costumes. 54 Ethnic Costumes: Responding to the spirit of 80 years of "Independence - Freedom - Happiness".

Through this program, the Capital Tourism Department hopes to honor and promote the intangible cultural heritage of ao dai, converging and spreading the cultural value of Vietnamese ao dai. ASEAN costume block on the occasion of 30 years of Vietnam joining ASEAN. The costume blocks in the group correspond to each theme, according to form (ao dai, ao tac, ao nhat binh, ao giao linh, ao vien linh,...) or according to function (common clothes, ceremonial clothes, court clothes,...).
Program to share love and achievements from the community of research, collection and application of traditional costumes in Hanoi. The community responded to "Hundred Flowers March" with people participating freely, providing their own costumes, and walking at the back of the parade. The Ao Dai parade "Bach Hoa Bi Hanh" is the activity that closes the exciting days of the Hanoi Tourism Ao Dai Festival.
The program contributes to bringing Vietnamese costumes closer to people and tourists.
