Event “The Art of Aperitivo - Italian flavor in every moment”, introducing Aperitivo culture - a beautiful ritual in Italian life, a symbol of relaxation, sophistication and sharing over a glass of wine before dinner.

The activities have created a seamless cultural journey, helping the public fully experience the spirit of Italian cuisine: rich in identity, sophistication and cohesion.
Closing the series of events, the 10th Italian Cuisine Week offers the capital's public the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the cuisine of the country famous for its philosophy of turning simple ingredients into identity and joy of sharing.
