Comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics attended and delivered the closing speech.

In the closing ceremony report, comrade Lai Duc Vuong, Deputy Head of the Department of Training and Development Management, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, said that during the 2 days, the trainees of the training course listened to and discussed 9 topics related to knowledge and skills on Party building work for commune-level Party committees.

The topics of the training course were reported and discussed directly in class by leaders and managers from departments, ministries, branches and the Academy. The teaching method combined dialogue and discussion of situations to deepen the content of the lectures. The results showed that the overall training program was evaluated according to the following criteria: scientific and up-to-date; usefulness; new knowledge; attractiveness, meeting the expectations of the training course participants.

During the course, more than 3,000 provincial, city and commune-level bridges across the country connected online via the television bridge system and more than 200 online connections via Microsoft Teams software, with nearly 100,000 participants, including provincial and city-level leaders and Party committees at commune, ward and special zones, and cadres directly involved in professional work on Party building.

In his closing speech, comrade Doan Minh Huan praised the functional units of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics for upholding their sense of responsibility, coordinating with relevant units to manage and organize the training program to achieve the set goals and requirements; attracting the full participation of cadres, leaders of management from provinces, cities and cadres, leaders of Party committees at commune, ward and special zone levels nationwide.

Comrade Doan Minh Huan emphasized that the organization of this training course has achieved the set goals and requirements, helping commune, ward and special zone officials proactively deploy leadership and direction work effectively, contributing to improving the operational effectiveness of the grassroots government apparatus with a large role, wide authority, high responsibility, and many new tasks that need to be resolved.

Comrade Doan Minh Huan said that in a short time, the training program has only partially solved the problems in the leadership and direction of the commune-level Party Committee; specialized and complicated issues still need direct training courses to go deeper, resolve them more specifically and effectively, especially the new issues that are arising, the new directions of the Central Government, the requirements and demands that cadres and leaders of the commune-level Party Committees, wards and special zones have enough mettle, qualifications, capacity, qualities, promote a sense of responsibility, strong political determination, complete well all assigned tasks, build developed localities, contribute to building a prosperous and happy country, and advance strongly into the era of national development.
