The entire process from design, construction to farm operation is carried out according to European standards, with advice from De Heus Group (Netherlands); modern machinery and technology from Big Herdsman Group with a global livestock equipment brand, the farm is raised according to safe and sustainable processes.

Currently, Ba Farm Dak To Co., Ltd. is focusing on implementing three key solutions to turn waste into resources. That is, a closed biogas system that treats all manure and wastewater, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, prevents water pollution, and reuses gas to generate heat or electricity for the farm. This is a strategic step towards Vietnam's Net Zero goal by 2050.

Along with that, the farm applies floor-cage technology with low stocking density, helping to reduce odor, limit water use and improve animal welfare. At the same time, the enterprise prioritizes saving and reusing water resources, with a system to recover and treat cooling water, minimizing loss and ensuring a stable source of clean water for the area.

The enterprise is currently operating a closed-loop economic model, with a continuous production chain: Livestock - biogas - fertilizer - crops/feed. Thanks to that, 100% of by-products are utilized, converting waste into energy and organic fertilizer, reducing input costs, while improving agricultural productivity and soil quality. Treated water is also used to raise fish, creating additional economic value for the integrated agricultural system.

In addition, the company cooperates with De Heus to research breeding genes and animal nutrition, aiming to reduce antibiotics and increase natural resistance for pigs. Automatic feeding technologies, sensor monitoring and smart farm management software help control temperature, humidity and animal health in real time, optimize production efficiency and reduce disease risks.

“When applying technology to management, we not only increase productivity but also save electricity and water, reduce disease risks and protect the environment better. The company is also researching the application of high-tech composting towers with modern equipment from Big Herdsman Group, helping to process waste more effectively and create a source of high-quality organic fertilizer, contributing to enriching the cultivated land. This model not only reduces environmental pressure but also opens up a direction for supporting economic development for local agriculture,” Mr. Linh shared.

Not stopping there, the company also aims to integrate deeper into the global value chain by standardizing production processes, achieving international certifications such as GlobalG.AP, ISO, or organic product certification. Ba Farm Dak To's goal is to bring Quang Ngai's "Green - Clean Meat" products to the international market. "We identify our competitive advantage as transparency, clear traceability, and commitment to the environment," Mr. Linh emphasized.

The company is positioning its products as “Green & Clean Meat”, raised in a natural environment in Ngok Tu commune (Quang Ngai province), with a process of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, the enterprise is also aiming for a governance model according to ESG standards, applying renewable energy such as biogas electricity and rooftop solar power, gradually integrating into the global green economic trend.

According to Mr. Linh, innovation is the key to opening the path to modern agricultural development, where waste can become resources, and difficulties can be turned into opportunities.
