Dabaco expands 3F+ model, towards green future

The 3F+ model aims to selectively exploit resources, protect regeneration, promote education and green consumption, associated with Dabaco's sustainable development strategy.

On the morning of November 12, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment held the 80th Anniversary of the Agriculture and Environment Sector and the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress. At the event, the booth of Dabaco Group Joint Stock Company became a special highlight, not only introducing high-tech agricultural products, but also affirming its pioneering role in the green journey and sustainable development of the country.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Hai Linh, in charge of operations and marketing of Dabaco chicken eggs, shared: "With the motto of creating a sustainable agricultural industry, Dabaco is having appropriate strategies in the new era."

First of all, Dabaco develops according to the model of an enterprise ecosystem; a closed ecosystem from the production of animal feed, breeding, commercial livestock to processing and distribution of products. Thanks to that, the enterprise controls the quality well at each stage, ensuring safety and sustainability in the production chain.

Currently, Dabaco is also one of the leading units in supplying live pigs in the North and the whole country, contributing to stabilizing the domestic food supply.

Second, the Dabaco egg ecosystem has been completed. Currently, Dabaco does not only stop at providing fresh eggs, but also develops a line of instant eggs, helping to extend the shelf life and increase the value of Vietnamese agricultural products.

This is a strategic step, when the enterprise optimizes the entire product chain, from chicken feet to other by-products to increase production efficiency, promote herd growth while still ensuring safety and sustainability. In other words, Dabaco not only brings traditional agricultural products such as fresh eggs, but also shapes a group of value-added products, meeting the diverse needs of the modern market.

In addition, the establishment of Coba Vegetable Oil Factory also marks a new step forward in Dabaco's animal feed value chain. From this factory, the enterprise can extract soya lecithin - an important ingredient in animal feed formula, helping to improve product quality and nutritional efficiency for livestock.

Thanks to that, Dabaco has taken a step forward in self-sufficiency in input materials, reducing dependence on imports and increasing the sustainability of the production chain. It can be said that Dabaco's ecosystem network is constantly expanding, increasingly perfecting and affirming its leading position in the Vietnamese agricultural industry.

Net Zero is identified as Dabaco’s millennium goal. Currently, the company is gradually applying green operating standards internally, considering emission reduction and sustainable development as strategic priorities in the new period.

At the same time, Dabaco has upgraded the traditional 3F model (Feed - Farm - Food) to 3F+, with the “+” symbolizing “Future - Green Future”. This model aims to selectively exploit resources, protect regeneration, and promote green education and consumption, in line with the brand’s sustainable development philosophy.

One of Dabaco's pioneering products in the green agriculture trend is cage-free eggs. The company has been recognized by Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC) - a non-profit organization with the mission of improving the living environment for animals raised for food - for its humane-standard cage system. Dabaco's first cage-free egg products have officially launched on the market, marking an important step forward in the journey of green and responsible production.

In particular, Dabaco's cage-free eggs not only focus on animal welfare, but are also more environmentally friendly by completely replacing plastic trays with recycled paper trays. Each egg has a clear origin, ensuring that the hens are raised in a safe, free and comfortable environment, eating and drinking according to their natural needs, without being forced or stressed.

Through specific and practical actions, Dabaco is gradually realizing the Net Zero goal, building a sustainable agricultural ecosystem and moving towards the "Green Future" that the Group has set out in its long-term development strategy.
