National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed to certify Resolution No. 135/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the election of members of the National Assembly Standing Committee for the 2021-2026 term; Resolution No. 1075/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the appointment of the position of Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee.
In Resolution No. 135/2024/QH15, the National Assembly resolved that Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Thai Nguyen province, hold the position of member of the National Assembly Standing Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
In Resolution No. 1075/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Delegation Work Committee of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee.
Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai was born in 1970, hometown: Hanoi; political level: Senior. She is Associate Professor, Doctor of Physics; Member of the Party Central Committee, term XII, XIII; National Assembly delegate, term XIII, XIV, XV. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai used to work in the education sector, was the youngest female Associate Professor in Vietnam in 2007.
She has held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Vietnam Youth Academy; Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office; Head of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children; Head of the Petition Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
On May 23, 2020, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term. In October 2020, she was re-elected as Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term./.
