Specifically, the emergency situation of overflow, extrusion, seepage, and landslide of the left dike of Cau Bridge (in Hop Thinh commune, Xuan Cam commune, Van Ha ward) was announced, including the following locations: K26+300; K26+950 - K27+000; K30+000 - K30+900; K53+500 - K53+530; K54+030 - K54+050.
Right dike line of Cau (in the territory of Tam Giang, Yen Phong, Yen Trung, Nhan Hoa, Que Vo, Dao Vien communes), including incidents of overflow, extrusion, seepage, and dike slope landslides at the following locations: K37+600 - K37+700; K31+200; K30+740 - K31+450; K35+950 - K36; K37+000 - K37+250; K37+800 - K37+850; K30+900; K38+800; K39+020; K43+100 - K43+400; K50+500; K53+960; K54+520; K56+400; K57+400; K57+900; K59+950; K65+550 - K65+600; K72+100; K73+800; K74+300; K75+300; K77+800; K78+450; K80+250 - K81+000.
On the right dike of Cau, an emergency situation was announced for the overflow incident of the Dau Han dike, Kinh Bac ward, dike section from K57+600 - K58+700.
In addition, an emergency situation was announced regarding the flooding of the entire Duong Duc Pumping Station (My Thai commune) and locations on the Thuong River dikes in the following localities: Tan Tien, Duc Tho, Tan Lieu, Phu Khe, My Ha, Tien Luc, Dao My, Nghia Hoa, Nghia Hung, Duong Duc, Lang Son.
On Ca Lo River in Tam Giang commune, a local spillover incident was announced on the dike section from K13+200 - K13+500 and basic seepage of the entire 6.25 km dike line.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the People's Committees of the communes and wards of Hop Thinh, Xuan Cam, Van Ha, Tam Giang, Yen Phong, Yen Trung, Nhan Hoa, Que Vo, Dao Vien, Kinh Bac, Phuc Hoa, Tan Yen, Da Mai, Tien Phong , Bac Giang, My Thai, Tan Tien, Tien Luc, and Yen Dung to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to urgently organize and implement according to the "4 on-site" motto.
Accordingly, the above localities immediately mobilized materials, means, and human resources to handle the incident from the first hour, continue to reinforce, handle, and closely monitor developments to prevent the incident from developing further and becoming more complicated. For dike overflow incidents (on level III-I dikes), continue to reinforce and add solid height to ensure safety.
For incidents of bubbling and turbid water, it is necessary to install a reverse filter layer according to the agreed plan to ensure that the water is clear when finished. Incidents of clear water need to be inspected and handled immediately when the incident turns into turbid water, and continue to closely monitor the incident's developments.
For the incident of dike slope collapse, it is necessary to agree on a plan to handle the restoration of the collapsed slopes, cover the cracks to limit water flow and prevent the incident from developing. For incidents of culverts and embankments that have been treated, it is necessary to continue to monitor closely to have a plan to handle immediately when an incident occurs.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also directed the Department of Construction, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Police and relevant agencies and units according to their functions and tasks to coordinate and guide the People's Committees of communes and wards in the implementation process.
