Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Le Xuan Loi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Rural and Agricultural Census of the province.
As of May 7, the province has surveyed 211,525 households, of which 59,736 are in the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector, reaching a rate of 28.24%. The list-making work has been carried out on schedule, ensuring business processes, accurate information collection and close reflection of reality. In addition, supervision, both directly at the site and online via software, has been strengthened, promptly detecting and handling errors to improve information quality.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the implementation progress in each locality and clarifying difficulties and obstacles in the context of economic restructuring and administrative unit mergers.
Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed the importance of the 2025 Rural and Agricultural Census, and emphasized the drastic and synchronous direction from the provincial to grassroots levels, along with the active participation of sectors, localities and the team of investigators. Bac Ninh aims to complete the stage of recording the questionnaires and creating the list by May 27 at the latest.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Statistics Office to continue reviewing and supplementing the survey subjects; improve the capacity of the survey team; and at the same time assign the Department of Finance to advise on ensuring funding for the survey. The goal is to complete the survey with the highest quality, effectively serving the work of planning socio-economic development policies for the new term, aiming for the province's double-digit growth target.
Director Nguyen Thi Huong highly appreciated Bac Ninh's initiative and suggested that the province continue to promote a strong spirit in directing and operating, closely coordinating to contribute to the overall success of the General Census nationwide.
Previously, the Working Group worked with the People's Committee of Bac Ninh city and supervised the actual interviewing and recording of household lists in Hoa Long ward.
