Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Tax Department to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and relevant agencies and units to urgently deploy the function of real estate business to ensure compliance with regulations and in accordance with local reality.

At the same time, the competent authorities shall guide the use and promote propaganda and dissemination to all business households, people, enterprises, state management agencies and other organizations about the purpose and significance of the function of real estate business.

Conducting the lookup, review and correction of information on the BDS function in accordance with the database on the Centralized Tax Management System (TMS) application and reality. Receiving and processing feedback information on location, industry, revenue, tax rates and other information in accordance with regulations on tax management for business households.

Actively review and standardize tax registration information data of business owners to ensure synchronization of tax data with the national population database, moving towards switching to using personal identification codes instead of tax codes.

Departments, branches, sectors and media agencies shall promote propaganda about the purpose and significance of implementing the function of real estate business; disseminate basic digital skills to people and business households on: accessing and using the Internet, email, online shopping, using electronic invoices, electronic payments, electronic tax registration, electronic tax declaration, electronic tax payment, electronic tax refund, using online public services and ensuring personal information security.

The implementation of the BDHK helps the Tax Department manage taxpayers in an intuitive way, grasp the area well, prevent missing households, and prevent loss of State budget revenue. At the same time, it provides better support for business households, people, enterprises, State management agencies and other organizations to provide feedback to the Tax Department on tax management of business households; and enhances publicity and transparency in tax management.
