Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee attended the conference. In his opening speech, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, emphasized: Bac Ninh province is determined to realize Resolution 57-NQ/TW through many specific contents. In particular, it is determined to focus the highest on developing science and technology, digital transformation and innovation through a strategy on training high-quality human resources in the fields of semiconductor, electronics and pharmaceutical industries on the basis of attracting talents with specific policies.
