The above information was confirmed by a media representative of Bamboo Airways on the afternoon of March 31. This representative also said that this is an activity in the restructuring process of the airline.
"The headquarters change is only administrative. Other activities of Bamboo Airways are still taking place normally, with no changes compared to before," said the representative.

Bamboo Airways' headquarters in Hanoi will also be moved to Long Bien district and renamed a representative office.
Previously, Bamboo Airways' headquarters was located on the 22nd floor, The West building, 265 Cau Giay (Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi).
Bamboo Airways' media representative added that currently, the airline is operating ground services at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and is aiming to develop ground services at other important airports.
Bamboo Airways CEO Luong Hoai Nam once said that the airline will focus on effectively exploiting domestic routes to gradually reduce losses, move towards breaking even and then making a profit.
From there, expand the domestic flight network, then return to international routes, but with a new business model and better international competitiveness than before.
CEO Luong Hoai Nam informed that during the peak summer season of 2024, Bamboo Airways has no plan to increase the number of aircraft in operation.
At that time, Bamboo Airways also announced that it would stop operating all or part of its flights using Embraer E190 aircraft, including from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Con Dao, Hue and from Hanoi to Dong Hoi (Quang Binh).
At the same time, the airline focuses on exploiting the North-South routes between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang and other domestic localities with large market capacity.
Regarding the restructuring plan, Bamboo Airways reported to the Government at the end of November 2023. Bamboo Airways and its aircraft leasing partner have reached an agreement to terminate the lease contract for 3 Embraer E190 aircraft early after the winter flight schedule ends at the end of March 2024.
Thus, after ceasing operations of the Boeing B787-9 aircraft from November 2023 and continuing to return the Embraer E190 aircraft early, from April this year, Bamboo Airways will only operate narrow-body Airbus A320/321 aircraft on its domestic and international regional flight network, in accordance with its chosen strategy and business model.
Bamboo Airways' passenger fleet from April 2024 will include 8 A320/321 aircraft, expected to increase to 12 - 15 of the same type by the end of this year if financial and market conditions are favorable.
