Handing over 8 "Great Solidarity" houses to support poor people in Vy Da ward

TTH.VN - On the morning of April 28, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vy Da ward, Thuan Hoa district handed over 8 "Great Solidarity" houses to poor households with housing difficulties living in the area of ​​Con Hen and Vy Da market.

Mr. Dang Huu Hai, member of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Hoa District; Ms. Duong Thi Thu Thuy, member of the District Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee attended and handed over the "Great Unity" houses to the people.

These are the houses that the local Party Committee, government, and political system at the grassroots level have paid attention to, and proposed to Thuan Hoa district to support funding for house repairs to help people stabilize their lives soon, with a total cost of 176 million VND. Of which, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Hoa district supports each household with 20 million VND from the "For the Poor" fund; the local government supports each household with an additional 2 million VND along with other necessary items.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, Secretary of Vy Da Ward Party Committee, said: This is only the first phase of 2025. In the coming time, the local Party Committee, government and political system at the grassroots level will continue to support house repairs for poor people and those with housing difficulties in the ward.
