Sa Huynh Border Guard Station, Quang Ngai Border Guard has handed over the criminal case of "Organizing illegal exit for others" to the Investigation Security Agency of Quang Ngai Provincial Police. After receiving the handover, the Investigation Security Agency served and executed the decision to prosecute the accused and the order to temporarily detain him to carry out the next legal procedures.

On October 24, Sa Huynh Border Guard Station issued a decision to prosecute the criminal case of organizing illegal exit for others, to investigate the act of sending fishing boats and fishermen to exploit seafood in foreign waters, related to 02 fishing boats in Sa Huynh ward.

The investigation process showed that in August 2024, a ship owner in Sa Huynh ward assigned two fishing boats to two other people as captains, one of whom was from Long Hai commune, Ho Chi Minh City. Afterwards, this ship owner instructed the two captains to turn off the voyage monitoring device to go out of Vietnam's waters to fish. Sa Huynh Border Guard Station closely coordinated with the Investigation Security Agency to verify, collect documents and evidence to clarify the behavior and prosecute the case of "Organizing illegal exit for others" according to the provisions of law.
