Every year, the Chi Cong Communal House Ritual Committee organizes the Spring Festival worship according to traditional rituals, praying for favorable weather, bountiful crops, good health, prosperity, peace and happiness for everyone.
In the sacred atmosphere, after praying to the gods, the elders in the Communal House Ritual Committee carefully opened the three royal decrees for people and visitors to worship, and at the same time inspected the work of preserving and maintaining the decrees over time.

The traditional rituals that have been preserved by many generations of members of the Communal House Ritual Committee have helped to preserve the royal decrees of Chi Cong Communal House better. Currently, the three royal decrees are still intact, with the king's seal, clear and sharp lines of letters and patterns.
According to documents, in the years 1911-1913, Chi Cong communal house was granted 3 royal decrees by the Nguyen kings: Decrees for Thanh Hoang and Tho Dia gods; god Thien YA Na; and god Nui Chi Cong.
According to tradition, the royal decree cannot be opened without permission, otherwise the gods will punish you. Therefore, it can only be opened once every 3 years, during the Quy Xuan ceremony. After the ceremony, the royal decree is carefully kept.
