With 57 points (17 wins, 6 draws, 3 losses), scoring 51 goals and conceding 18 goals, Nam Dinh FC convincingly won the 2024-2025 V-League championship when creating a gap of up to 8 points compared to the runner-up, Hanoi FC (49 points).

At Quy Nhon Stadium, Hanoi Club affirmed its strength with a 4-2 victory over Binh Dinh Club and won the runner-up title with 49 points (14 wins, 7 draws, 5 losses). The loss to Hanoi Club also officially "sent" the Binh Dinh team back to play in the first division when it ranked last in the rankings with 21 points.

The race to avoid the relegation play-off between Quang Nam FC and Da Nang FC was dramatic. Da Nang FC came from behind to win 2-1 against SLNA, but Quang Nam also drew with HAGL in the last minute. Therefore, with 25 points, Da Nang FC ranked 13/14 and had to play the relegation play-off while Quang Nam FC successfully escaped.

In the race for third place, Hanoi Police Club won 2-0 against Hai Phong Club, thereby winning the bronze medal with 45 points. The victory of Hanoi Police team made the effort of Viettel The Cong Club when winning 2-0 against Ho Chi Minh City Club only help them to finish fourth in V-League 2024-2025.
