Comrade Thai Thi Mai, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, said: Every year, the Provincial Federation of Labor coordinates with press agencies to build specialized pages, columns, and disseminate more than 1,200 news, articles, and photos about trade union organizations, good practices, and creativity of workers, civil servants, and laborers. After that, the published news and articles of the press agencies are posted on the Provincial Federation of Labor's Electronic Information Page, Son La Trade Union Fanpage.
Not only reflecting achievements, the press is also a companion force in discovering and solving problems in labor relations, building a safer, healthier and more humane working environment. Through articles, special reports, radio and television programs, social networks, etc., the press has become an effective "channel" to bring the voice of the Trade Union closer to the workers; close, practical, innovative for the workers, enhancing the position of the Trade Union in the new situation.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, a worker at Son La Sugarcane Joint Stock Company, shared: As a direct employee at the enterprise, I am very interested in information about the regime, policies, and benefits of my company. Articles and reports in the press in recent times have helped us better understand the role of the Trade Union in protecting our rights, as well as emulation movements, good people, and good deeds to learn from. Thanks to timely press propaganda, we feel more secure when working, seeing the voice and concern of society for workers. From there, we have more trust and attachment to the Trade Union.

Comrade Thai Thi Mai added: 2025 is the second year of implementing the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Son La Provincial Trade Union, the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union and the year of the Party Congresses at all levels. In that context, we hope that the press will continue to be a companion force, supporting the Trade Union organization to spread information, inspire the spirit of emulation, create consensus and solidarity in the working community. Press agencies and Trade Union organizations focus on promptly reflecting the lives and jobs of workers, especially issues related to income, social insurance, health insurance, labor safety, welfare regimes, etc.
Along with that, the press needs to discover and praise good models, creative ways of doing things, typical grassroots unions in innovating content and methods of operation, and dedicated union officials with prestige among the labor force. Thereby, not only contributing to enhancing the prestige of the Trade Union organization, but also spreading the image of Son La workers as dynamic, creative, ready to innovate and contribute.
The cooperation between the press and Son La Trade Union not only means support in terms of communication, but also a mutual relationship for the common goal: building a stable and developing workforce, contributing to the completion of the province's socio -economic development goals in 2025 and the following years.
