On the morning of June 10, in Viet Tri city, General Secretary To Lam chaired a working session with the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh provinces on the situation and results of the implementation of the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee; the arrangement of local apparatus (including mergers and acquisitions); the stabilization of all aspects of the local situation, national defense and security; the leadership in implementing the task of economic growth in the locality; social security, poverty reduction, improving people's lives and local proposals and recommendations.
