Ensuring progress and quality in implementing Thanh Da Industrial Cluster project

Thanh Da Industrial Cluster Project located in Phu An village, Thanh Da commune, Phuc Tho district was approved by Hanoi People's Committee in Decision No. 2473/QD-UBND, then adjusted in Decision No. 4093/QD-UBND. The detailed construction plan of Thanh Da Industrial Cluster at a scale of 1/500 was later approved by Phuc Tho District People's Committee in Decision No. 1308/QD-UBND.

The project investor is Long Bien Group Joint Stock Company. The project has an area of ​​about 8.1 hectares, including the following items: Leveling, traffic, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment, trees, lighting, telecommunications, operator house, service house, etc. The total investment of the project is about 250 billion VND.

Infrastructure items at Thanh Da industrial park have been completed by the investor.

On April 11, 2023, the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district coordinated with Long Bien Group Joint Stock Company to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of Thanh Da Industrial Cluster project. Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Long Bien Group Joint Stock Company - Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan said: Immediately after being selected as the investor, the unit focused resources, made an implementation plan, urgently and made efforts to coordinate with Hanoi departments and branches, and specialized departments of Phuc Tho district to complete the project investment procedures.

“ After 2 years of efforts to prepare for investment and site clearance, the project has met the conditions to start construction. We commit that after the ceremony, we will focus all resources on construction, soon complete and put Thanh Da Industrial Park into operation and use… ”, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan emphasized.

Also attending and speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen requested the investor to focus all resources to quickly complete the investment in building the technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster; attract secondary investors to maximize the effectiveness of the project, contributing to the socio-economic development of Thanh Da commune, Phuc Tho district in particular and Hanoi city in general.

The electricity and wastewater treatment systems have been built and completed by the investor of Thanh Da Industrial Park.

Not disappointing the expectations of the authorities at all levels as well as the community, up to now, Long Bien Group Joint Stock Company has focused resources and made efforts to construct the technical items of the project, ready to meet the construction needs of secondary investors.

There are currently some reports that the Thanh Da Industrial Cluster project is behind schedule. Discussing this issue, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh - Chairman of Thanh Da Commune People's Committee said that this is incorrect information. "Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the Thanh Da Industrial Cluster was urgently constructed by the investor, Long Bien Group Joint Stock Company, to complete technical items such as building roads, installing electrical systems, lighting, wastewater treatment systems... Thanh Da Industrial Cluster is one of the projects with the most complete infrastructure and guaranteed quality in the district " - Mr. Manh said.

The representative of Thanh Da commune also confirmed that at present, there has been absolutely no feedback from the people about the Thanh Da Industrial Park project investor being behind schedule. “ Currently, there are some secondary investors who have started construction after being appraised and approved for construction permits by all levels. Other investors are also urgently preparing appraisal documents and carrying out construction-related procedures to submit to the district for approval. This has greatly contributed to the completion and use of the Thanh Da Industrial Park project, ” informed Mr. Nguyen Van Manh.

Sharing information about this, Mr. Can Van Hong, Head of Economic Department - People's Committee of Phuc Tho district also affirmed: Compared to other projects, Thanh Da Industrial Cluster ensures progress. The investor has completed infrastructure and fire prevention and fighting as well as wastewater connection.

The infrastructure system of roads, trees and electricity has been completed.

It is known that regarding the progress of Thanh Da Industrial Cluster project, on May 15, 2024, the Economic Department issued Report No. 277/BC stating: The project has basically completed the construction of technical infrastructure to ensure the set progress. Items such as roads, electricity, rainwater drainage, wastewater, leveling... have been 100% completed.

Previously, on November 6, 2023, under the witness of Thanh Da Commune People's Committee, representatives of the construction units implementing the project inspected the construction progress and came to the conclusion: The investor organized the construction in accordance with the Construction Permit Application and ensured the progress.

With the efforts and support of the authorities at all levels and the community, the Thanh Da Industrial Cluster project has been completed, ensuring the right progress, meeting the expectations of local people whose traditional carpentry profession always expects to develop, expand, and bring the brand far and wide. Therefore, some inaccurate information cannot "obscure" the efforts and attempts of enterprises and authorities at all levels to soon put the project into use, contributing to opening "big doors" to help the land of hundreds of professions break through and develop...
