In Phu Hoi ward, the Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee directly surveyed the "one-stop" department, monitored the process of receiving and processing documents, checked the ability to operate the online public service system, and discussed with grassroots officials to listen to the advantages and difficulties in practical implementation.
During the working session, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh acknowledged the efforts of localities in proactively improving processes, applying information technology and demonstrating a sense of responsibility in serving the people. However, he also noted that the conversion to a two-level local government model requires synchronous and thorough preparation from organizational structure, personnel to business processes.
