BSH Insurance held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint new personnel

On the afternoon of April 1, 2024, the ceremony to announce the decision to appoint new staff of Saigon - Hanoi Insurance Corporation (BSH) took place solemnly with the participation of representatives of DB Insurance Group, Head of the Supervisory Board, Executive Board and Board leaders at the Head Office. At the ceremony, BSH honored and recognized the contributions from the Executive Board, Board leaders and staff (CBNV) to the development of the Corporation in recent years, and at the same time awarded the decision to appoint 03 new personnel.

Accordingly, the new positions appointed by the Board of Directors (BOD) include: Mr. Doan Kien was appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of BSH; Mr. Pham Quang Trinh - was assigned as Deputy General Director; Mr. Vu Xuan Thuong - Director of Motor Vehicle Insurance Department. The decision takes effect from April 1, 2024.

After announcing the appointment decisions, Mr. Kim Kang Wook - General Director of DB Insurance in Vietnam and Mr. Nguyen Tat Thang - member of BSH Board of Directors presented flowers to congratulate the new personnel. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Kim Kang Wook highly appreciated the capacity, spirit and responsibility of the officers receiving the decision, and expressed his expectation that in their new positions, the officers will continue to strive, promote the sense of responsibility and internal solidarity to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

The new HR representative who received the appointment decision, Mr. Doan Kien - the new Deputy General Director in charge, expressed his deep gratitude to DB Insurance Group, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of BSH for their trust and assignment. He pledged to accompany BSH in the new period, making the Corporation stronger and stronger, maintaining its position and breaking through to the top.

Also at the ceremony, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of BSH acknowledged and appreciated the contributions and achievements of the former staff during their tenure, helping the company achieve recent milestones of success; entering a new phase, serving the new business strategy, BSH needs to make personnel adjustments to achieve greater goals, but regardless of their positions, the staff are always recognized, respected and continue to have the opportunity to accompany the Corporation.

Mr. Doan Kien was trusted to hold the position of Deputy General Director in charge of BSH.

Mr. Nguyen Van Truong expressed his deep gratitude to the Board of Directors, Executive Board and staff in his speech ending his term as General Director at BSH.

Mr. Pham Quang Trinh was entrusted with the position of Deputy General Director of BSH.

Mr. Vu Xuan Thuong holds the position of Director of Motor Vehicle Insurance Department.
