Graduation ceremony of the first class of TH School students for the 2024-2025 school year

On the morning of May 31, at TH School Vinh campus (62 Le Hong Phong, Vinh City, Nghe An ), the Graduation Ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year of the first class of students took place.

Attending the ceremony were Labor Hero Thai Huong - Founder of TH School, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province Thai Thi An Chung and leaders of Nghe An Department of Education and Training, Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training, Huynh Thuc Khang High School, TH School.

TH School Vinh belongs to the TH School system, established and developed according to the vision of the Founder - Labor Hero Thai Huong. As a pioneer school in Vietnam spreading the famous SPIRE happinesseducation model of Harvard University, TH School aims to nurture the comprehensive development of spirit, body, intellect, emotions and life values for each student. In 2022, TH School Vinh officially came into operation, becoming the first school to bring the Cambridge international high school program to Nghe An. Cooperating with Huynh Thuc Khang High School, a school with a history of more than 100 years with a tradition of studiousness, Labor Hero Thai Huong - founder of TH School wishes to bring international education to her homeland.

Since its establishment, TH School has donated 1,000 books, including paper books and e-books, to the Huynh Thuc Khang High School library, building it into a modern library following the e-learning model. The self-study area is specially designed, optimizing the experience, encouraging self-awareness and eagerness to learn, and has received positive responses from students.

The graduation ceremony of the first class of students at TH School Vinh is an important milestone in the journey of bringing the international education model to the land of Nghe An. They not only wrote the first page of history of TH School in their homeland but also proved that, with a liberal and loving educational environment, each student can shine in their own way.

TH School’s educational program – including Vinh campus, is the only educational model in Vietnam that combines 80% of the Cambridge International program and 20% of the elite Vietnamese studies program (focusing on Vietnamese, Literature, History, Geography and Civic Education). For TH School Vinh students, they also have the opportunity to study and experience an international standard boarding program at the Hoa Lac - Hanoi campus (a member of the Australian Boarding Schools Association). TH School Hoa Lac welcomes students from grades 9 to 12, studying in the form of semi-boarding or boarding on a campus of up to ^25,000m2 . Through unique experiences only for TH School students, here, students will be equipped with essential skills such as: self-care, maintaining a scientific lifestyle, planning, forming independence, and confidently making important decisions for themselves and those around them.

With soft skills trained in the boarding environment, TH School students have the ability to adapt and integrate quickly into the learning and working environment away from home in the future. In particular, in the boarding program, students comply with regulations on time limits for using electronic devices, are educated on protecting personal information security in cyberspace, preventing risks of cyber violence, and avoiding the risk of exposure to inappropriate content.

In February 2025, TH School Vinh passed the rigorous accreditation round, officially becoming the first and only Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Levels examination unit in Nghe An (as of 2025). This recognition marks an important milestone for both teachers and students at TH School Vinh.

“For students, this means they will be taught a globally recognised curriculum, better prepared for higher education and future careers, with qualifications recognised by universities around the world. In addition, students will benefit from an inquiry-based learning approach, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills,” said Ms. Jane Ball, Academic Director of TH School Vinh.
