Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of SGGP Newspaper Bui Thi Hong Suong said that over the years, with the support of agencies, units, businesses and readers, SGGP Newspaper has organized many meaningful social and charity programs in many provinces and cities across the country.

In 2023, the program "Lighting up the faith - Overcoming difficulties to go to school" of SGGP Newspaper was also implemented towards that profound humanistic meaning. Through the program, SGGP Newspaper wishes to share and support schools in remote, isolated, and border areas facing difficulties in terms of facilities. Thereby, encouraging, motivating, and creating conditions for students to continue to try, strive, and overcome difficulties to excel in their studies.
Accordingly, at Doan Van To High School, SGGP newspaper in collaboration with the sponsor renovated and upgraded the school's library, specifically: Installed 6 desktop computers, 6 sets of computer desks and chairs, 6 bookshelves, and added hundreds of books of all kinds to serve the learning and knowledge enrichment needs of students. The total investment for all items is worth 150 million VND.
On this occasion, SGGP Newspaper also awarded 20 scholarships (each worth 1 million VND) to poor but excellent students of Doan Van To High School.
