Accordingly, in order to show concern for the local young generation, Da Huoai 2 commune has established 11 working groups led by leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Da Huoai 2 commune, together with representatives of organizations, unions, school principals, and representatives of the Billionaire Farmers Club and cooperatives in the area, to visit and present gifts to 69 disadvantaged students in the area.

During this support period, Da Huoai 2 commune awarded 69 scholarships (worth 500,000 VND/scholarship) to students in difficult circumstances; awarded 43 health insurance cards, 44 uniforms, 7 bicycles, 63 gifts of notebooks and school supplies, along with 8 school bags and 8 sets of textbooks with a total support value of up to 100 million VND.

This amount is taken from the “For the Poor” fund and the “Golden Book of Love” program of the commune. The gifts are a timely source of encouragement for the children to overcome their circumstances and continue to strive in their studies and training.
