From the afternoon of September 28, Thanh Hoa - Northern Quang Tri will have winds of 6-7, then increasing to 8-9, near the storm center 10-12, gusts of 14 (dangerous, can cause trees, electric poles, houses to fall). From the night of September 27 - 30: Northern region and Thanh Hoa - Quang Ngai will have rain of 100 - 300mm, locally >450mm. Particularly in the Northern Delta, Southern Phu Tho and Thanh Hoa - Northern Quang Tri, rain of 200 - 400mm, locally >600mm.
