Social networks today are not only platforms that meet users' needs for entertainment, communication, and learning, but also become tools to preserve the nation's traditional culture, including cultural heritage (CHT). With outstanding features, these digital platforms not only help enhance content creation capabilities but also open up vibrant spaces to spread heritage values to the community.
TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE “BOTTOM LINE”
The Provincial Museum (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism) is currently preserving and displaying about 6,000 solid objects discovered from excavations and collections, many of which are related to cultural heritage such as traditional salt making and the art of Don ca tai tu. Every year, the Provincial People's Committee also directs units under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to establish cultural heritage inventory teams with the aim of identifying types with signs and values of cultural heritage, avoiding the risk of loss and promptly taking measures to protect the heritage.
However, this work only partly helps cultural forms to be identified and proposed for recognition of cultural heritage if they meet the conditions, but cannot do a good job of preserving and promoting values in the digital age. Because, with traditional preservation and display methods, artifacts made of bronze are very susceptible to damage due to the impact of the natural environment. In particular, the usual way of visiting cannot let viewers see the full angle of an artifact (above - below, left - right, front - back), leading to not being able to convey the attractive values, the story hidden in the cultural heritage. The current shortcomings in the work of preserving and promoting cultural heritage in the province show that the implementation method is not effective, suitable for practical requirements, and the biggest "bottleneck" is that the technological infrastructure has not been invested in proportion.

BRIDGE BRINGING DSVH TO THE COMMUNITY
In the context of a lack and weakness in technological infrastructure due to the province's limited investment budget, exploiting social networking platforms to preserve cultural heritage is a cost-effective solution, bringing great efficiency thanks to its good features and wide spread.
In recent years, Bac Lieu has seen many TikTok and Facebook users promoting the beauty of culture and tourism in the homeland of the "Da Co Hoai Lang" version. Some of the personal accounts include Thanh Huu, Where to go in Bac Lieu, Mo Ngo, Ashin Bac Lieu, Duy Thich Di... or the Fanpages Bac Lieu My Homeland, Bac Lieu Today, Bac Lieu Dream of Love... which have contributed to bringing the image of Bac Lieu to the online community at home and abroad. However, only a few posts have content about the province's cultural heritage, with information lacking depth and monotonous storytelling, so the attractiveness of the heritage has not been promoted.
Recently, the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Conservation Support Fund, the Department of Culture of Vietnam's Ethnic Groups, the CDIT Institute of Information and Communications Technology and the TikTok platform launched the campaign "Innovation and Heritage Conservation in the Digital World ". At the event, the parties officially signed a cooperation agreement on many solutions to preserve and promote the values of Vietnam's cultural heritage on digital platforms. In particular, TikTok plays the role of a bridge to encourage users to create content about heritage, combining technology to bring traditional cultural values to life.
With such a promising step, Bac Lieu needs to see this as an opportunity to strongly apply technology platforms to innovate ways to preserve cultural heritage. The Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Science and Technology need to organize activities to launch and encourage social network users to create content about cultural heritage, customs, and cultural destinations to spread love and pride in the quintessence of national culture.
Long life
According to Mr. Nguyen Lam Thanh - representative of TikTok Vietnam, with their creativity and acumen in applying technology, the young generation will pioneer in spreading heritage values, connecting the past with the present and inspiring the domestic and international community. The content created by you will spread widely on TikTok, helping users easily learn and explore the beauty of our country's cultural heritage.
