Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc, Head of the Provincial Summer Activities Steering Committee; Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Ha Minh Trang; along with representatives of leaders of departments, branches, and organizations; Long Xuyen City People's Committee and more than 500 union members, youth and children attended.

The 2025 volunteer summer campaign has many projects implemented, such as: An Giang Provincial Police and Dan Tri Newspaper donated a rural traffic bridge worth 830 million VND; Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union donated 150 solar lights to implement the project "Lighting up the countryside" worth 270 million VND; An Giang Electricity Company donated 180 sets of solar lights to implement the project "Lighting up the border"; The Youth Union under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee implemented social security activities worth 170 million VND and donated 2 youth projects worth 80 million VND; An Giang Provincial Startup Center supported 3 startup loans worth 210 million VND...

In the Summer Volunteer Campaign, the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Youth Union also implemented 1 program "Supporting exam season" and 4 campaigns: "Red phoenix flower", "Pink vacation", "Green march", "Green summer".

At the ceremony, the summer activities were launched, the Summer Volunteer Campaign, the Month of Action for Children were launched and 200 gifts were presented to 200 children in special circumstances in Long Xuyen City; 30 bicycles were presented to children in difficult circumstances from the support of SAP - Vietnam Organization and Pickle Ball Hippo An Giang Club.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc emphasized: The Party, the State and all levels of government always consider the protection, care andeducation of children as the top priority in the sustainable development strategy. Up to now, An Giang has achieved many remarkable results in caring for children. With the theme "Prioritizing resources to complete goals for children", the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee called on the whole society to continue to join hands to care for and protect the young generation.

At the same time, it is recommended to step up propaganda and mobilize people to implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws on child protection, care and education, especially the implementation of the Law on Children. Synchronously deploy management and education activities for youth and children during the summer; organize healthy recreational activities, creating equal development opportunities for children. In particular, in organizing activities, it is necessary to pay attention to children in difficult circumstances, disadvantaged children, children with disabilities, children in remote areas, children in ethnic minority areas, etc.
